Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your membership. This policy explains our refund terms for The Illuminated Word, operated by Ashley Cacamis.

1. 7-day full refund

You may request a full refund of any membership fee within 7 days of the purchase or renewal. This applies to both the Individual and the Group plan; for a Group plan, a refund ends access for the leader and all members. The refund is returned to your original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Email Solstereastudio@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund” and the email address on your account. We will process your request promptly.

3. What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, your membership ends and member-only features become unavailable. The free reader, search, and historical companions remain available.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise.

5. Processing time

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

7. Cancellation
