Some features of The Illuminated Word use artificial intelligence. This disclosure explains what they do and their limits.

1. Which features use AI

• Verse of the Day devotional reflections — a short reflection on the daily verse is generated with AI.
• Search — AI helps surface and rank passages and topics that match your query.
• Study-group content moderation — shared group content is screened by AI-assisted moderation to detect harassment and hate speech before it is posted.

2. What AI does and does not do

AI generates, summarizes, and ranks text and helps flag potentially harmful content. It does not replace scripture, a teacher, a pastor, or a counselor, and it may make mistakes.

3. Accuracy

AI outputs may contain errors or misread a passage. Always verify any reflection or result against the scripture text itself.

4. Not professional advice

AI-generated content is devotional and educational, not pastoral, medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Human review and appeals

Moderation decisions may be reviewed by a person. If you believe your group content was wrongly blocked or removed, email Solstereastudio@gmail.com to appeal.

6. Your data and AI

Inputs you provide (verses, notes, search terms, and shared group content) may be sent to AI providers to produce outputs. We do not knowingly use your personal content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Please do not enter sensitive personal, health, or financial information into AI-assisted features.
